Lukes blessing and a photo shoot

Today we blessed Lucas and it was awesome. Nate did such a good job even though he was super nervous and Lucas didn't cry at all! I was terrified that he would scream through the whole thing! After his blessing we had a little luncheon at our house and it turned out awesome. We finally got around to cleaning out our back patio, the old owners left so much junk back there it was ridiculous! It was a good excuse to get our yard into shape! The weather was perfect and we had so much fun visiting with family. Thanks everyone who came and supported us!

We got a picture of Grandma Eyre and her two little grandkids!

So a few weeks ago we got a new sweet camera and I finally got around to having a little photo shoot with Lucas. I don't know if he had as much fun as I did, but the pictures turned out awesome! He may not be the most photogenic kid. He pulled some pretty funny faces and it took a million pictures to finally get a few good ones!

Lucas loves to blow bubbles. He does it all the time which makes the majority of his clothes soaking wet! We will be sitting in the car and it is totally quiet and all of sudden we can hear him making his bubble noises!

And finally I have to start work again tomorrow and I am not excited. Every time I think about it I get a little teary eyed. It's going to be a rough rough day tomorrow. Luckily my mom has volunteered to come down twice a week and babysit for me so at least he isn't at day care! I'll let you know how it all goes!

cute pics! Congrats on the blessing day. I remember being soo nervous about Austin screaming during his blessing too. We will see in a couple of weeks if Ava screams during hers.

I remember being so nervous about Anna crying during the blessing too. I am glad everything went well. You guys make such a cute family and Brynn you are looking great for just having a baby! Good luck with work today, at least you know you are leaving him with someone who loves him VERY much.

I like the pics of him you took. That camera sounds sweet! I remember Anna blowing bubbles when we were driving and when we would take her out she would be completely wet with her own spit. Good times ;)

I'm so glad everything went well and we wish we could have been there. I love the pictures you took of Lucas! Hopefully we'll see you soon...

PS I stopped crying after the third or fourth time leaving Kenna with my mom and it did get easier.

Beautiful pictures Brynn... I totally understand the thousands of pictures it takes to get just a few really good pics... sure is worth it! Good Luck tomorrow. It will seem to be the hardest day of your life but it will make the time you are together even more sweet!

only about 1/4 of my pictures turn out good and the rest are crap! thank heavens for digital. i love that you love your camera and these pictures quite frankly look great! good job.

...and i LOVE that we both have a "grandma Eyre." Grandma's with the last name of Eyre are the best:)

Oh Brynn, those pics are so fun!!! I wish I had a talent for taking pictures... It probably doesn't help that I have a crappy camera though... One day you will have to give me some photo taking lessons. I hope that work has been going ok for you. I don't want to work and I don't even have a child:) Ha ha! Anyways, Ricky should find out this week when he will be leaving in January so I will give you a call as soon as I find out. It will be so fun to have you come down and visit! Talk to you soon!
