Well I have officially made it to my due date and still no sign of the kiddo coming! Everytime I go to the doctor she gets my hopes up saying that she thinks it's really close, but so far not to0 much action. I went on Thursday to the doctor and I was 90% effaced and just over a 1 dilated. I don't know much about any of this but she said that is pretty good! I have contractions but they don't really hurt at all. I'm not a very patient person so this really is killing me! Anyways I'll keep everyone updated. If anyone has some great ways to get this baby here please share!
Anyways, yesterday to keep ourselves from going crazy we decided to head up to Pineview with Mya. We had such a good time! It was beautiful and Mya went nuts swimming and playing fetch. She is a way better swimmer than last summer and kept wanting us to throw the ball way out into the lake so she could swim and get it. She was exhausted by the time we came home. It was good to get out for a few hours and enjoy nature!

Oh Brynn I'm so sorry you're still pregnant! I have no advice on how to get the baby out...I tried all the little wives tales and if it weren't for being induced...I think I would still be prego. But if it makes you feel farther along, I was only a one and hardly efaced at all when I was started! I hope the little guy comes soon!
Yeah...I hear ya. You know how impatient I am and Anna came 3 days late. Some might say..it's ONLY 3 days, but the only people who would say that are people who have not gone past their due date. It was the longest 3 days of my life.
I kept waiting for a text all week about your good news. I almost called to see if it happened, but then I remembered how I would get 5 phone calls a day asking me if I had Anna. It got really old and made me depressed so I didn't call you.
I tried everything to get Anna out...all the old wives tales, anything people told me would help, jumping jacks...you name it. So I have no suggestions. I was dialated to a 3 for 2 weeks before I had Anna. I hope you have him soon!

With my last baby, I went on a forever long walk around downtown Salt Lake, and went into labor 6 hours later! So maybe some walking would do you good... It did for me!
Good luck with everything, and I will keep checking back! I can't wait to see him. New babies are the best!
Brynny! I am so sorry! I hope he comes real soon. Mya seemed excited he didn't come yet though. What a fun day. Mudge thinks she is sexy. It's funny Mya has been swimming in Lakes and Mudge is in swimming pools. I'll have to post some pictures for ya. Well, I come home in two weeks! Yeah. I am so excited to see you guys and little Lucas! Love ya. I miss you guys.
Walking and greasy food... it has been known to work wonders.
