The weather has been sooo nice lately! I can't just sit inside so poor Lucas gets dragged around with me! I decided to go buy a bunch of pumpkins today and have a little photo shoot. I'm still trying to figure out my camera so the pictures aren't exactly where I want them. It's harder then I though to control a baby and try to get all the setting right on the camera and try to get a decent photo! Next time I will enlist some help from Nate! I've been brushing up on my photoshop skills too. I wish I could take pictures good enough that they didn't need to be edited, but alas photoshop always saves me!

This one is my favorite. I couldn't get him to smile big but this is pretty close!

He loves to chew on his hand and he does it all the time! For a lot of the pictures I had to pull his hand out of his mouth. He was reaching up towards the camera! I love this boy!

I don't think he knows if he should cry or smile! He wasn't loving the photo shoot by this point. He better learn to love pictures because Nate and I both love to take them.

ps So yesterday Lucas rolled over! YEAH! He only did it once and now he won't do it again. He hates tummy time and screams bloody murder whenever I put him on his stomach. Any suggestions on how to get him to do it again?

I have never seen bluer eyes! What a cutie!

As for the rolling over, Gavin did it at 3 weeks and didn't do it again until 3 or 4 months. I think they just do it when they're ready! :)

Laura usually can get me to roll over if she puts like some Oreos or an icy Coke just out of my reach. Lucas may be interested in that.

I think Erics suggestion is actually right on. LOL. That is what we did with Annabelle (well, not with food, but with toys). And for tummy time I would put her down so her chest was on a boppy and she seemed to like that better - less screaming and she still practiced holding her head up. I don't know if you have a boppy....

Those pics are way cute. I like that he is ISN'T smiling and instead is looking at you like 'Seriousl?! Aren't we done yet?' It captures personality ;)

those pics turned out so cute brynn...he is such a little stud. i want to go down megans way sometime this month and go to gardner village, you want to join me? ah tummy time...coop hated it too...and did it once when he was about lucas age and then no again consistently until he was like 6 months....if i sat jack by me on the other side of coop he seemed more interested in rolling over to see him

Cool Brynn... just keep putting him on his tummy. It is easier to go from front to back than back to front... he will do it soon. Ellie rolled at 4 months.
