Man I am behind on posting so this is just a quick recap of the last month.
Lucas took swimming lessons and loved it! I didn't find out until the second to last day that somehow he got put in the wrong class and was in a 5-7 year old class. He totally kept up with them though! I wondered why he was the shortest in the class. He is never the shortest!
One weekend we decided to head up to Bear Lake for the day. Sadly since the lake is so high the beaches were pretty much gone. We found a place that had tons of rocks and spent the morning skipping and throwing rocks into the lake. Emi even got into the action and took a little dip in the lake.
After like 10 minutes of being at the lake Lucas came over and said:
"phew, I need a break to eat a cookie."
It's hard work being a kid.
And here is Em just being her perfect cute self. She has the best smile ever! It lights up her whole face. Love that girl.
She recently discovered how to suck her thumb. It is so stinkin cute and also quite nice. No more popping the binkie in all the time.
And did I mention we are building a house?
Well we are building a house and I'm so excited.
This picture is actually from a month ago, so a lot more is done. The roof is done and it is sheet rocked. We should be able to move in sometime in October. I have been going crazy looking at design blogs for decorating ideas.
We just ordered us some new couches and a beautiful new fridge.
2 kids, a new house, buying furniture and appliances.
I feel like such a grownup!

I remember when you were a year old... you and that binky! You could spin that thing around so fast it amazed everyone and now here you are with a little baby girl! Wow, time flies!
