So I have been a slacker when it comes to blogging! I think it is because I always forget my camera so there are no sweet pictures to share! Well here is a little recap of life at the Eyre's....
Last Friday my sister Kate got married. Everything turned out so nice! They were married in the Logan Temple and it was just lightly snowing so I'm sure the pictures turned out great. Of course I forgot my camera so I can't share them now but as soon as I can I will get some to post. Then they had a dinner at the Ivy Lane reception center in Ogden followed by a reception. I helped with the decorations and I think they turned out perfect if I do say so myself! I'll post the pics later. I had to laugh because my mom got a little crazy and every single person that came through the line had to know that I was pregnant so there was a line with the bride and groom and another one formed by me and Nate to tell us congrats! I think the whole world knows now!
A girl I work with informed me that I am looking pudgy....Should I be offended by this? I think I have reached the point where I don't really look pregnant, I just looked like I have gained lots of weight right around my mid-section. I am super self-conscious about tight shirts right now so I have resorted to a lot of t-shirts and hoodies!
Nate started work again after 4 weeks off for his knee surgery and his knee is doing really well! He already has a lot more strength back in his leg! Cross our fingers that this one works!
And on a more depressing note...Nate has to work Christmas Eve Night and Christmas Night. How depressing is that? Well I better get used to it, I have years and years more since Nate is going to be a nurse. He starts the program in January! Good luck Nate!
Well that is about it. Since I failed to post any cute pictures I am including a pretty humorous video of Mya. She really has an obsessions with the snow! Enjoy!

1)I am excited to see your pics. 2)Ignore any and all comments people give you regarding your weight for the next year. I too hated the "inbetween" phase..where it's not the big prego belly yet...that was about 14 weeks along for me. Good thing you got a long torso! 3)Can you blame your mom! I daughter getting married and a grandchild on the way - she's probably on cloud nine! Tell Kate congrats and Nate as well - I hope this one works as well cause surgery is no fun. Oh! 5)And Mya cracks me up - she is a very spunky dog to say the least.
P.S. Has anyone offered to throw you a baby shower cause I would like to.

Thanks for the support Megan! No one has offered to throw a shower yet so that sounds great! I am at 14 weeks now so I guess it is just the in between phase! Good thing it is winter and I can wear baggy stuff! Merry Christmas to you too!
I agree with Megan on the ignore everything that everyone says for the next year...or more. Just kidding. I remember an older lady at my work told me how cute my love handles were becaue I was prego...and there was almost a serious smack down! I'm glad that Nate is doing well and that is no fun that he has to work..especially when it is going to be such bad weather! Are you staying down here or will he be traveling in the terrible weather from Logan? Congrats to Kate! I saw her invitation at Marci's and they looked so cute! Good job Brynners! Also, Overman, I would love to help you and if you would like to have it at mi casa it is always open! Merry Christmas! Oh yes, and the video..hilarious! I love how she is trying to eat it as Nate throws it!
yeah chelsie, isn't it horrible that I have to work at all! I mean honestly, couldn't brynn pick up a few more shifts a week so that I could just be a stay-at-home dad and more thoroughly enjoy my time here on earth?

I feel your pain with the midsection thing. Mine came on with pregnancy too. And well...it still hasnt gone away. I say take advantage of the empire waist, pregnancy looking shirts early on. They are in style, they hide your midsection like a charm, and well if someone asks if you are prego you can say,"Heck yes I am". Meg and Chels are right, ignore any comments people give you for the next year. Post pics soon of this cute wedding of your sisters. I want to see the invites too!
