Thursday I did manage to make it to the doctor for the monthly check up. Baby Lucas is looking good. She did point out that he has a huge head! I was totally freaked out by this but she seemed to think it was funny. If we go by the size of his head his due date would be two weeks earlier! Can anyone say OUCH?!?! Maybe his head just hit a growth spurt before the rest of his body and it will all even out? Or maybe he just takes after his dad and has a little bit bigger head? Time will tell. Anyways here is my 28 week pic. Yes the belly is huge but I am starting to dig the pregnant look!
Oh yeah one last thing. Last Friday I got tickets for me and Nate to go to the Utah Symphony. It wasn't a normal symphony concert, it was called Video Games Live and basically they took scores from video games and performed them while there was sweet video footage of all of the games. Nate was in second heaven! The crowd was very diversified from older normal symphony going people and all sorts of geeky guys! They even had a costume contest for those who dressed up as video game characters. I don't know many video games but it was actually really sweet. The best was Halo and the little asian guy who played Supermario Brothers on the piano amazingly! Anyways it was a fun night out for us.

I hear ya on the big head thing - I think that is why it took me 2 hours to push lil' Anna out. Oh well. I am glad that you are feeling better now. What a good wife you are to join your husband at such an...interesting event :)

I can't stop laughing at megan's comment. I too give you props for going to the video games symphony. I'm glad you are feeling better. Tyler got the same thing and can I just say he has been the cough king.
Interesting event? I am offended. It was one of the highlights of my year and I don't appreciate you all implying that Brynn only went to please me. I am pretty sure that she liked it too. The concert freaking rocked. And I only use the word freaking when I really mean what I say.
I can't believe you guys went to that concert...I really wanted to go! How ironic. You're looking great! Don't worry too much about the head. Merrells have huge heads and I was nervous for Makenna but hers didn't get big till after she was born.
Cute belly. Sorry you were sick, it's not fun when you can't take drugs. My heart goes out to you about the 'big head' comment. They told me the same thing right before I had Tyler and he ended up being a c-section because he head was too big. But I'm sure you'll be fine. :-)
Coop had a huge head up until the last month when he stopped growing....so you never know. I'm sorry you've been so sick too! I told Megan the other week, the day I stop nursing...I'm taking a Nyquil...regaurdless if I'm sick or not....ha, probably not a good idea huh? Bran would have been in heaven at that 'symphony' also!
Ha Ha...I had to laugh at Nate, it's okay Nate I know that Brynn probably enjoyed it too. Brynn you do look so with your little belly!!!

I'm glad you found my blog. To be honest, I found yours awhile ago, but I'm not much of a commentor, so I just read and enjoyed.
But I disappointed that you didn't know I had a baby-cuz Nate was supposed to tell you. I saw him at Albertson's in West Jordan one day and told him to say Hi. (I only live about 10 min. from there)
Maybe he forgot, that would explain why you never called, like I told him to tell you. Oh well, I still love ya both!
