Big Day!

Well it is official, we are now homeowners! We closed on our house yesterday finally! It has been a bit of a stressful few weeks trying to get everything done and ready. I was scared to death as we were driving to the title company to sign all the documents! What a big purchase. I couldn't be more excited though. I can't wait to rip out the old ugly bathroom and paint all of the white pasty walls. I'll post some pictures later of how horrible our bathroom really is! As soon as we got home Nate started pounding down some of the ugly tile in the bathroom. I feel like a grownup!

Congratulations! I was so scared when we bought our house too! Ah but it's so fun to paint and play around! I'm excited to see what you do!

Congrats! Its a great house. I cant believe you hate the classic pinkie peach and green bathroom! Austin loved to hangout in there.

Wow I'm impressed. I still dream about those days. In the spring I get the itch to mow a lawn so bad, it's the strange things you miss. Let us know how the remodeling goes or if you need help with the baby and all.

Seriously?! That is so cool. I am glad everything went well and hope it continues to do so during the 'renovations' - put Nate to work! :) One day I hope to join your homeowner club!

It was so good to hear from you! Congrants on the house--it is so nice to be settled, isn't it. I am excited you are having a baby and a boy at that--they are great. I got the belly binder at Babies-R-Us. It is the Medella brand. You will absolutely LOVE it. Not to be gross, but it squeezes all that stuff out and your uterus constricts so much quicker. My doc was really impressed with my progress and I have the binder to thank. It was only like 20 bucks too!
