This last weekend we actually got out and participated in some summer activities! My sister Kate and her husband got home from California where they have been selling pest control this summer. The whole fam got together for dinner. It was the first time we had all been together in like 5 months! We had a great time. We had a little photo shoot after with Lucas.
My cute grandpa was so nervous to hold Lucas! Lucas is his first great grandchild!
This was the first time Brysen had seen Lucas! He's a natural! Guess it's their turn for the next grandkid hahaha!
Saturday we ventured up to the Balloon Festival up in Eden. The balloons didn't get to take off because of the wind but they blew them up and lit them up when it was dark. It was really amazing! I wish we could have seen them actually flying but it was cool nonetheless. It was a little cold out so we bundled little Lucas up and he slept the whole time. What a little angel! I love that boy! I love both my boys, I am one lucky girl. It was such a fun weekend. Nate starts school in a week and I am not so excited about that. I have to cherish this time with Nate before I never see him. It's going to be a long fall!

Brynn your boy look EXACTLY like you. He is quite cute too if I say so myself. Maybe he might want to date my Ava. Cute pics of Lucas and his Grandpa's, take lots and lots with his great grandpa. I sure wish I would have taken more.
I am glad you were finally able to venture out and have a good time. I love the pictures. It was so good to see you guys the other day - thanks for letting us visit. And don't worry about Anna, I didn't :) haha. She loved Mya she was just getting tired towards the end. She was asleep about 2 minutes after we left your house.
Looks like all is going well with little Lucas and the family. It is amazing all the things you can do even though he is just a baby. I tried to go outside to parks and stuff as much as possible when Ellie was really little.
