Last weekend we headed up to Baby Animal Days in Logan.
Lucas LOVED the animals (maybe a little too much!)
It was a perfect day and it wasn't busy so we got lots of time with the animals.
Luke had an obsession with all the animals ears, he had to grab their ears and tell us what they were, poor animals!

He wasn't very gentle with the baby ducks, we finally had to hold it for him and just let him pet them! He loved their beaks!
He may be around animals too much, he was pretending to eat with the goats, nice.
Lucas really wanted to ride on the ponies.
The whole entire ride on the horse he had the exact same expression on his face. He wouldn't crack a smile and he had a death grip on the saddle.
I totally thought that he hated it, but when we went to get him off the pony he said "one more" (that is his new saying, whenever we tell him it's time to be done he holds up one finger and says "one more", so funny.)
Every since then all Luke talks about his horseys and duckys. I think he had a good time!

That pic of him trying to eat with the goats is one of my all-time favorites. I can't blieve how grown up he is. And probably taller than Makenna too!
I love the look on his face when he is riding the horse - so skeptical. lol. And the picture of him trying to eat with the goats is just awesome! Love that kid!
looks like fun! i want to go hold some cute animals... i LOVE the bunny! she looks like my old pet bunny i used to have in jr. high school:)
haha, i love the face whilst riding the horse. he is such a stud. i'm jealous of how not crowded it was when you went! we'll have to not go on the busy weekend next year and wait and go with you guys
Hee hee!! Yea, he did look a little nervous on the horse, but what a brave boy!! So cute... I will have to take Davis up there next year when he can actually understand a little bit more. So fun! Let's hang out soon... it's been too long... although, I guess we do have a fun race coming up:) Yeah!!!!
