For Memorial Day I headed down to decorate graves with Nate's mom.
We finally got the headstone for Nate's Dad's grave and I hadn't been back there since the funeral.
It looked so nice, just perfect.

Lucas didn't quite get what was going on but he helped clean the grave and said hi to Grandpa.

We love you Grandpa Eyre!

Those are really sweet photo's! We go visit the graves every year too. Which is he buried in? We go to the Riverton and South Jordan every year.
That is sweet. Great pictures, as usual. Just wait until then DO get it. We went and visited graves too and Anna asked A LOT of questions. It was a challenge trying to answer them on her level. I figure I must have answered them right cause she understood. Though she said it was 'double eew' that people are under the ground. I still think she is grasping why the bodies don't go up to heaven too. Kids.
That does look perfect - pretty flowers. Even though time marches on, you miss your loved ones more than you can really say or dwell on in everyday life. Hope Nate is doing well.
that is so sweet. beautiful post!!
I love this. So sweet!
What great pictures. I teared up a bit looking through them. We love Uncle Ken too. I especially love little Lucas with Sherlyn. So sweet.
