Can I tell you how bugged I am that there hasn't been very much snow yet this winter.
If it's going to be cold there might as well be tons and tons of snow right!
Every year we go skiing on my birthday, it's tradition.
This year the resorts had crap snow and I was so bummed!
So we decided to just take Lucas up to Wolf Mountain and let him do a little skiing.
It was all man made snow but it wasn't too bad.
Just look at the valley in this picture. It's January for heck sake and there wasn't any snow on the ground! I couldn't believe it. And it was sooo warm, like I wasn't even wearing a coat warm. Gross.

Lucas rocked it! He wanted to keep going and going. He even figured out how to get off and on the magic carpet lift all by himself.

I love that he sticks out his tongue when he is concentrating just like his dad!
I just can't believe how kids have no fear. He would just head down the hill whether or not Nate was near him.
Hears hoping this weeks storms will bring in lots and lots of the white stuff so I can get a good ski day in!

I agree that if it is cold, there should be snow. However, it has been unseasonably warm...so I say STAY AWAY SNOW :)

And maybe you should rephrase 'kids have no fear' to your son having no fear. Because Anna probably has enough for all the kids in the world.

Love the tounge. Love that kid.

And a Happy later Birthday, again :)

Now we have snow! :) Little late, but at least it's here. What a fun birthday tradition! Lucas is awesome! I love the tongue thing too, that's great!

I'm so impressed with Lucas! And yes, it's been a very weird winter.
