Whenever I tell Lucas that my mom is coming this is exactly where I find him.
Doesn't matter if she is coming in 5 minutes or in 5 hours, he just can't wait.
He parks himself to watch for her and then runs to the door as soon as he sees her.
It's quite the dramatic event when I tell him it's not for a few hours and he doesn't need to sit there the WHOLE time waiting for her.

Adorable.
I would wait like that for your mom too! Being such a great aunt I can just imagine what kind of grandma she would be! Worth waiting for!
